The themes are very different and exciting because of their complexity, in the sense that they are subject to regulations; we must therefore provide the best methodology while respecting a very precise regulatory framework.The term technical referent defines a profession that is addressed to a person with several years of experience in statistics. This is a very interesting job because there is a lot of diversity; indeed the technical referent will deal with issues that can be very complex while adapting to a world that is in motion.
The technical referent must make regularly a bibliographic monitoring, to keep updated on all the new methodologies that he can offer to his clients. This is the difficulty of this job since the technical referent is in a role where he must daily produce and deliver results to its customers and at the same time always stay abreast of what surrounds him.»[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]

Déjà fort d’un savoir-faire dans la gestion et l’analyse de données de santé, et alors que les discussions de l’intégration d’Orgamétrie (devenue Soladis Clinical Studies) laissaient entrevoir la mise en place d’une direction médicale au sein du groupe, l’initiation de ces démarches se révélaient à la fois un challenge et une opportunité de développement pour Soladis.
La région Auvergne Rhône Alpes a subventionné les phases d’initialisation de ce projet et a lancé Soladis vers une dynamique autour de laquelle nous pouvons en 2017 prendre du recul après plus de 3 années de travaux.
Le développement de cette nouvelle activité a permis à Soladis de justifier la création de:
- 2 nouveaux départements d’expertise : SOLADIS DIGITALpour collecter, stocker, organiser et traiter les données de masse issues de diverses sources ; et SOLADIS CONNECT pour objectiver les mesures d’aide au diagnostic au travers de capteurs et biocapteurs,
- 7 nouveaux emplois en deux ans dont le recrutement de 2 nouveaux chercheurs, apportant de nouveaux savoir-faire dans la captation de données, l’analyse de données de masse et de données génomiques
Désormais, Soladis possède une plateforme de recherche et une plateforme technologique pour répondre aux questions de la médecine du futur.
Soladis a initié des solutions concrètes avec ses plateformes :
- Pour la recherche fondamentale : A partir de données génomiques sur l’homme, la souris, les moustiques, les bactéries, etc., détermination de caractères homogènes, hétérogènes et explicatifs sur des propriétés cellulaires telles que l’inflammation, l’infection ou l’inhibition.
- Pour la recherche clinique : Objectiver des mesures de diagnostic (examens classiques basées sur l’observation) dans des maladies rares par des mesures issues de capteurs que nous avons synchronisées et adaptées au diagnostic. Premier cas pratique en cours de preuve clinique avec l’utilisation de mesures de saturation en oxygène, des vitesses de déplacement de patients, des fréquences cardiaques, …
- Pour la recherche de dispositifs opérationnels : Analyser les informations des données durant le sommeil de patient pouvant développer l’apnée du sommeil : test de pré-diagnostic pouvant à terme orienter la prise en charge (cycles, saturation en oxygène). La restitution a donné lieu à une application mobile pour les usagers et pour les docteurs.
Au travers de ces 3 grands axes de recherche, nous ouvrons donc la voie à des services plus poussés d’analyse de données, qui renforcent nos savoir-faire d’origine, mais également à de nouvelles offres pour la conception d’outils analogiques ou digitaux autour de la santé, pour comprendre l’univers de pathologies données et offrir des solutions de collecte de données ou de diagnostic idoines.
